2 questions:
1. Do I need to do a Stage 1 before I do the Stage 2 or does Stage 2 include what is covered in Stage 1?
2. Is this system legal in CA? Will it adversely affect SMOGing my motorhome?
Any other performance upgrades you would recommend?

Stage 2 includes stage 1 plus the exhaust. The tuning is not CARB approved, however, you can return the ECM to stock before taking it in if that is a concern for you. The Banks air intake and exhaust has CARB EO #'s so they will pass without issue. The only other upgrade beyond these would be the rest of the exhaust system but I would definitely start with at least the custom tuning.
