Flat Rate Shipping Exclusions

  • Flat Rate shipping offer only applies to orders delivering in the Contiguous United States (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Items that have an OVERSIZE SHIPPING CHARGE. These are typically items that are either too large or heavy to be shipped with UPS or FedEx or they incur extra charges due to their size or weight. These items will automatically add the extra freight charge when they are added to your cart. Flat rate shipping will still be an option at checkout and that is the method you must select in addition to the oversize shipping charge. If you select any other shipping option than the flat rate shipping option, it will not affect the delivery time as most of these items can not be shipped UPS or FedEx and must go truck freight (there are some exceptions, call to confirm).

 

Shipping Disclaimer

 

 

Rodney W. Brazel Inc. has several shipping options for you to choose from. If you select an option based on a specific time for delivery, such as Next Day Air, 2nd day, or 3rd day, we will make every effort to deliver this service as expected. These orders require that every item sold on the site is in stock and ready to ship. We ship from in stock inventory and may drop ship from a manufacturer, which allows us to deliver your purchase with the lowest rates possible based on the shipping option you select. Orders will only be processed Monday through Friday and most orders are processed within one business day. For rejected shipments/returns, the purchaser is responsible for all charges incurred by reducing the refund amount.

 

We reserve the right to cancel a transaction due to pricing errors, parts availability, or other unforeseen issues that cannot be reasonably rectified.

Shipping times

 

Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. "Business day" means Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays.


Flat Rate Shipping:
Your order will be shipped by the most economical method. Most of the times, this will be FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS first class mail. If you want the order to ship via a specific carrier, you will need to choose that shipping option instead of the flat rate option.

UPS & FedEx:
Ground Shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days. UPS & FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or on holidays.


USPS:
We do not currently offer USPS as a shipping option to choose from, however, if the item is small and flat rate shipping is chosen, we reserve the right to ship with USPS. If you require your order to be shipped USPS (to a P.O. Box or General Delivery) please call us to place your order.

How to track my order

 

  1. Sign in to your account with your email and password.
  2. Under "My Orders" click on "View your order history". 
  3. Click the  icon of the order you wish to track.
  4. The tracking number will be listed in the "Order History" section.

    5. You can copy and paste the tracking number and track from the shipping carriers website.

 

Can I send my shipment to an international P.O. Box?

We cannot send orders to International PO box addresses.

 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Minor US Islands

Shipping is offered to these destinations:

*Flat Rate Shipping/freight is not offered outside the lower 48 states.

*USPS shipping will be an option

*Note: If you do not choose either the Next Business Day or Second Day shipping options, your order may take substantially longer to arrive when using UPS or FedEx. We strongly urge you to choose one of these shipping options to ensure that your parts arrive when you need them!

International Orders

 

Our primary shipping method for international orders is FedEx. If you require a method other than FedEx, please contact us for assistance.


IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU MAY HAVE CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR DELAYS WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY.  RODNEY W. BRAZEL INC. HAS NO CONTROL OVER CUSTOMS FEES OR DELAYS AND IS UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH ANY CUSTOMS ISSUE.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF ANY FEES OR TAXES THAT YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE.
