No, it is not. A large majority of our customers do not do any performance upgrades other than the tuner.

You should not have any problem passing smog.
i am concerned with fitment for banks ram air filter system. i have 2014 forest rvr. FR3 with f53 ford v10 6.8 ( Carl Faz, 04/18/2019 )
We have installed on FR3's with no issues, should be just fine.
