Need black steering column shroud for 1997 C3500 manual transmission NON tilt column. Not an automatic. Need both Upper (#26038797) and lower (#26036876) pieces. Can you help me. Regarding VIN # I don't know if that's a zero or O ( mark goering, 11/14/2023 )
Hello Mark, we have the upper section and it is black,  the lower section is not in our system unfortunately ( most of the Workhorse chassis are automatic transmissions)  We are not able to look up up GM truck parts by VIN . ( but VIN only uses zero, no "o" )
