- This kit is intended for Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) and Commercial Chassis built on Workhorse P32 & P42 series chassis, where the chassis was build during or since model year 2001. The purpose of the kit is to redirect a flow of electrical current away from an ignition circuit, to prolong the life of the ignition switch.
Applications:
| Chassis Model | Years | Vehicle Type |
|---|---|---|
| Workhorse P32 / P42 | 1996–2000 | Stripped Chassis |
| Workhorse P32 | 2001–2005 | Motorhome |
Specifications:
- One harness assembly
- One electrical terminal
- One 40 Ampere fuse
- Installation Instructions
- DOES NOT INCLUDE IGNITION SWITCH - We recommend purchasing the ignition switch with this kit, yours is probably failed if you are needing this kit: W8833210 - Ignition Switch Asm
Special Notes:
- This kit can be used on earlier model years of the P32 Series chassis, however the instructions will not be accurate for connecting the power source, but the operation will be the same. Using this kit on an earlier model year will require connecting to the starting battery directly, through 40 amp self resetting circuit breaker, instead of the fuse block.
