Can I do a PassKey and Crank Relearn myself? If so, what equipment do I need to do that?

Hello Walt, the passkey relearn can be done without a scan tool, but the crankshaft relearn requires a "bi-directional" scan tool . ( higher end scan tools like snap-on, or GM Tech 2 )

Yes, the tuned ECM does not emit any more emissions than the factory calibration.

No, that kit does not come with spark plugs , however the recommended spark plugs are part # 41-101 and they do come pre-gaped at .060

Our tunes are set up for standard octane ( 87) , you don't need to run Premium .
