The Safe-T-Plus steering control system combines hydraulic shock absorption with a powerful internal centering spring to automatically return the steering to center. This helps counteract steering disturbances caused by crosswinds, passing trucks, road ruts, potholes, uneven pavement, and sudden steering corrections.

In the event of a front tire blowout, Safe-T-Plus helps maintain directional control so the driver can safely bring the vehicle to a stop. By constantly working to keep the steering centered, the stabilizer significantly reduces the continuous steering corrections that lead to driver fatigue.

    Hi, we have a motorhome Thor windsport 2011 with a 6.8 L FORD V-10 in it ,and 19.5 wheels . If we order safe T steers plus for it. With # 41-180 , what mounting kit should we order. F105K2.5 or F119K2.5. They both seem to fit on our unit. Which one would you suggest please ?

    Either kit would work for your application but the F-105K2.5 is the "newer" style that works with both the 19.5" and 22.5" wheels and is more popular.

    I have a 2011 Coachmen Encounter 36KS with 22.5 inch wheels. What exactly do I need to do a complete Safe-T-Plus install ? ....Thanks, Don

    You will need a Safe-T-Plus part # 41-180 steering unit and part# F53K2.5 mounting bracket kit to complete the install.
