The Safe-T-Plus fitment guide only lists the Jeep Wrangler application from 1990-2000 so there would not be a bracket model designed to fit your 2018. You might give Safe-T-Plus a call directly to see if they have any insight as to if they may be able to make a custom bracket 800-872-7233.
