Complete Polyurethane Front Sway Bar Bushing Kit Upgrade
Replace worn factory rubber sway bar bushings with durable polyurethane bushings designed to deliver improved stability, tighter handling, and long-lasting performance. Unlike rubber, which deteriorates over time due to heat, oil, fuel exposure, and road contaminants, polyurethane maintains its shape and strength which provides a more controlled, confident ride for years to come.
These replacement bushings work with your existing factory anti-sway bar to reduce body roll, improve cornering stability, and restore proper sway bar function. The flexible polyurethane design enhances handling without making the suspension overly rigid. Part # 4109-151 lets you replace the old sway bar bushings without having to replace the entire sway bar for an upgrade in handling.
Applications:
2001-2005 Workhorse P32 Chassis Class A Motorhome with "Wide Track" Front Suspension
For 1-5/8" diameter sway bars
Direct replacement for factory rubber sway bar bushings
Special Notes:
Be sure to measure your existing sway bar! Verify your anti-sway bar is 1-5/8″ (some are 1-1/4″ or 1-3/8″, etc...)
This kit only fits Workhorse P32 chassis with "Wide Track" front suspension. "Narrow Track" versions have a 1-1/4" diameter sway bar and use part # 4109-109
When installing polyurethane bushings, it’s common practice to apply a bit of grease or lube on the inside of the bushing so the sway bar can move smoothly inside without premature wear.
