These have a 1 year warranty.
Booster W0008669 is what keeps coming up for my 2000 Workhorse P32, but just read your comment to another person's question and it says that part number will not fit mine. I just wanted to double check. ( Shannen, 08/12/2020 )

The booster W0008668 is not correct for your application, it was only designed for the commercial P42 chassis. The booster that your VIN requires was a W0000100 but that has been discontinued. The original GM part# was 15993345, maybe you can find an aftermarket version that cross references with that part #.
