When used on years earlier than 2006 this hose will need to be installed at an angle to the condenser, moving it away from the transmission cooler line and closer to the engine. This will allow for access to the high side port for charging the A/C.

Is this the correct AC high pressure hose for my 2005 (2004) Newmar Mountain Aire 8.1 litre? The pictures on this page show different connection points than my set up.

Technically, no, this is not the correct hose. The original hose has been discontinued but this hose should fit if you remove the condenser shut off valve.
I have a Damon Daybreak with 7.4 it is 1999 model year where is the orfice tube located in the system I have had to take the air conditioning system a part because the engine broke two roller lifters and messed the cam up and I do not see a orfice tube anywhere in my system ( jim durkin, 03/04/2018 )
