Will this ECM fit my 2001 8.1 vortex workhorse and does it come preprogramed to my unit? ( michael brewer, 10/11/2022 )

Based on you VIN provided this is the correct PCM for your coach and it does come preprogrammed, it would be a plug and play replacement. Sometimes you may have to perform a crank shaft variation relearn, however it will not stop the coach from operating.
