Would these o2 sensor work on my truck and are there any other alternative part number that would also work ?( Nelson Velez, 03/15/2024 )
You will want to confirm with a GM dealer but according to the information we have available to us, the part # for the RH sensor is 12565414 and the LH sensor is 12565415.
I have a 2001 W20 chassis with a 8.1 vortex. The O2 sensor plug appears correct except that a tab and slot inside the plug don't align. Your site indicates that a trim is necessary. Do I open the slot on the O2 sensor plug, or trim the tab inside the wire harness plug? Thanks in advance.( Ricky Hunkins, 10/01/2023 )
We find it is easier to trim the sensor plug than the vehicle side plug.
I have Banks Power Pack Stinger System GM 8.1L on a Workhorse Chassis Motorhome. Is this the correct oxygen sensor for me?( STEVE HAROLD MAYER, 10/31/2022 )
Yes, the oxygen sensor does not change with the addition of the Banks system.
Is this the correct O2 sensor for my VIN? or am I needing the 12565414?
Thanks ( Gerald Aubin, 05/09/2022 )
Can you double check the VIN ? It's not showing up as a valid VIN, but using the last 8 digits pulls up 5B4MP67G723345682 , showing a 7 instead of a 5 after the "G" .
Can you tell me what o2 sensors my 2004 Damon Intruder takes please, both of them? Also, what is the part number for the mass air flow sensor as well? Thank you, Eric( Eric, 04/23/2022 )
Hello Eric, the oxygen sensors for that VIN are :
12572706 - Workhorse Oxygen Sensor
and the MAF sensor is :
W8000513 - Mass Air Flow Sensor( OEM), or MAF10043 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (aftermarket)
