No, you do not need to make any other modifications and you won't be hurting anything at that mileage.

For my 2008 fleetwood with w22 chassis do I just get the ecm upgraded or do you do the tcm too? Also when I send back the old ecm do I get the refund? Thanks.

The 08 would just be an ECM upgrade as we don't tune the 6 speed Allison TCM . When we receive your old ECM we would refund the core charge .
