It is a 2002 avalanche 2500 not sure if it’s 4l80 or 85 but I just bought it and it has no cats and also just has 2 02 sensors is that something you can work with and what kind of gains would I be looking at if so?

This should have the 4L85E, which is just a slightly updated version of the 4L80E. We can definitely work with what you have and would expect gains of around 50-60 horsepower and 70-80 lb. ft torque.
On the E.C.M. Does it come pre programed to this unit? Mine is Bad can't get the cam shaft sensor light to go off. And is this the total priced? Thank you!! 2001 Damon Challenger 8.1 vortex

These do come programmed to the vehicle, plug and play. Since you have a bad ECM, it would not qualify for the core exchange as only good ECM's are accepted. That would make your total price $745 before any taxes or shipping.
Is the core charge sent back once the core is returned to you?

That is correct!
Do you bave the capbility to tune an 8.1 engine that has afternarket parts already added (such as the stage 1 package offered by Raylar engineering; heads, camshaft)?

Yes we do.
I have a 05 GMC Topkick and am looking to be able to reflash or remove the 75 mph govenor as well as improve performance, mpg, etc. I've read the comments and overall performance gains advertised. Will they be the same for my vehicle or can you provide expected improvements specific to my vehicle. It is stock from the OEM at this point. Also if you have recommendations that could be included with this tuner to optimize results. I would like to be sub$1k on overall spend. Please advise. thank you.
