My fuel gauge is off by about 1/4 tank indication. The fuel gauge will show 3/4 full when the tank is actually at 1/2 full.

You can isolate the issue to either the gauge itself or the sender by running a gauge sweep test on your cluster. Click HERE to read instructions on how to perform the gauge sweep test.

Hello Donny, you can order the repair and pay online , then send us the cluster , or send the cluster with contact info. and repair requested ( 105297R is complete repair with new LCD screen, 105297G is just gauge motor replacement)

I have a 2005 Dolphin by National RV with 20,xxx miles on it. The Instrument needs repair. The speedometer indicates 35mph when the rv is sitting still at idle or when the rv is shut off. Once moving, the speedometer does work, but it is reading about 35mph fast. does your rebuild address this?

Hello Tony, if your RV is on a Workhorse chassis, the cluster repair options are the complete rebuild which replaces the LCD screen as well as the the stepper motors for the gauges , #105297R is $299, or the gauge motor replacement only , which changes all the stepper motors only . That repair is # 105297G and runs $100 , either one would correct the issue you describe. Both repairs use lifetime warranted parts ( to the original purchaser) .

The 105297R would be the repair for that cluster. That will replace the LCD screen as well as the stepper motors for the gauges .
