I have a 2010 F350 V10 and I pull a #10000 camper.
And after reading a lot of the answers it seems this only works at WOT and that's not really where I need it. I have 4:10 rear end and a 5 speed trans. and at about 70 mph I'm sitting at 2200 rpm's, it would be nice to see all that torque now. I do have a K&N in the stock housing and modified exhaust.
I what to try SCT X4 but I had a different tuner several years ago and by coincidence the trans. developed a weird shifting problem that still exist today. When on cruise maybe at 68 and only when towing the camper, the trans will hunt for a lower gear while rpm's will shoot sky high.I would have to turn off the cruise to get it under control and bring it back up to speed and see if I could reset the cruise. I've had the Ford dealer totally erase and reprogram the stock computer and it's still there.
This does not happen when the truck is empty. So I'm reluctant to try a after market program again.Do you think you can help?

The gains are going to be the greatest at WOT but we pick up performance across the RPM range as well. Not sure what the reason or cause was for the erratic shifting with the other tuner but we can easily make adjustments and email revised tunes if you want anything tweaked after the fact.
Will this eliminate speed limiter ( Todd, 05/24/2021 )
Yes, it does.
2019 F53 6.8. Are these power gains with tuner only? Or does it require intake and exhaust mods as well?

Gains listed are with tuner only, exhaust and air intake not required.
30 foot moterhome towing a jeep. Most driving is out west. Lotes of hill's an mountains. 2018. E450. Some places first gear an barely 15mph can this help a little or a lot. I have k an n air filter an I get around 6mpg ( Roderick pulliam, 05/11/2021 )

It would help quite a bit. Obviously, if the grade is so steep that it requires a first gear at 15MPH, I'm not sure how much quicker you would be able to pull it with the tuning installed but likely it would not require 1st gear anymore.

I'm sorry, but i do not have my VIN # handy right now. i have a E-450 with the V10 that has good power at low end, but the top speed appears to be 63-65mph. the engine sounds like it is coming thru the doghouse at that speed. Even at 60mph, it is constantly downshifting even on flat ground from 4 to 2 gear and putting us thru the windshield. i just got the K&N air filter and it made no difference on performance. Th etuner is next. should i go directly to the headers and or exhaust now or wait and see what the tuner does for me? what is the torque gain on a 2011? your charts don't show that. also, what is the torque gain on the exhaust and header systems? Will these make the unit much louder? Thank you. ( James Fleischman, 04/26/2021 )

Hi James,

I would say just start with the tuner your coach falls under this listing 2006-Current 2v V10 Gains of 43 HP and 47 ft-lb Torque (E-Series) this will be a significant increase in power and also reduce downshifting. Headers are great, but the labor on install for that engine in a C-Class is huge! If you do decide you want more after the tune, and decide to install the headers then it is an easy change to the tune to accommodate for them.
