Is this unit legal in Oregon? Do you have to reset to factory specs. if passing through Calif. to Arizona?

Yes it is legal. Unless you are being emissions tested in California, you will be fine to drive through with the tune installed.

i have a 2019 coachmen concord 300DS. six speed trans v10 motor. we went out west 2 years ago where the speed limit is 80MPH, the problem is when we went down hill the trans would downshift all by itself, i would drive at 75MPH. this would scare the crap out of me. it was good the road was not wet or snowy. does your unit stop the trans from down shifting when going down hill? the only time it should downshift is when i am in tow mode. the dealer said they couldn't fix this problem. thank you, mike c. We remove the speed limiter and reconfigure the shift points which should help quite a bit with your issues.

That would be fine, as long as the vehicle is still stock or has been returned back to stock, you can run the updates without issue.
