Yes, this is the correct throttle body for your VIN. I would have the engine data analyzed to find out if the commanded and actual throttle position are matching before replacing those components. You do not need to replace the TAC module at the same time, usually you will get a check engine light and DTC for an issue with the TAC. ( Support )
